The leadership program provided an opportunity for the students of Strathfield Girls High to demonstrate their leadership qualities and to take risks in various leadership endeavours and initiatives within our school and the community. The keynote speakers and presenters of this initiative greatly inspired our students to incorporate a different level of thinking in their repertoires and to greatly motivate them to believe in themselves as positive role models and future leaders. In the words of Simon Sinek, the program inspired our students to think on the lines of understanding “why they do what they do”, thereby inspiring others to take action”
