Bruce Lobelson has been delivering strategic change to businesses for over 30 years. Degree qualified in Computer Science, Marketing, MBA, and a Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt, Bruce has had a successful career, initially in IT, later moving into financial services projects. He also qualified and worked as an Edward de Bono Thinking Skills instructor and facilitator. Significant achievements include leading the renegotiation of a large Westpac-Unisys outsourcing agreement, managing RAMS Financial Services’ transformation from mortgage lender-only into the competitive Online Deposits market, and being awarded Westpac’s highest accolade – the CEO Award. But Bruce’s proudest achievements include his long and happy marriage, two wonderful children, and the sense of fulfilment earned from his involvement in initiatives such as E-LEAD.
