I began a quest more than 20 years ago to understand what makes people tick, why they do the things they do and what needs to happen for people to operate at their best. In 1991, after extensive research, I discovered the four Instinctive Drives that make up the I.D. System™ – and my intense, passionate, life journey began. 

I love that even after all this time, I still thrive EVERY day on inspiring people to be at their best – whether they be CEOs and executives of large global organizations, elite athletes, parents of struggling children, individuals seeking to get the best out of themselves, or my own team at Link-up International. I had the good fortune of uncovering my passion and purpose quite early in life and am fulfilled every day helping others to also do the same for themselves, their families, their teams and their organizations!
