The 21st century presents many new challenges for modern day organisations. While technology can make us more efficient, contemporary leadership theories emphasise the significance of self-awareness, emotional intelligence and other behavioural leadership characteristics. Today’s competitive world demand for professionals and leaders who are willing to take risks, work collaboratively, inspire and motivate and build new strategic partnerships to address global challenges. 

LeaderAction is an experiential leadership program designed for early to mid-career professionals to enhance their leadership potential. Complementing technical professional expertise with practical and personal leadership skill development, the program brings together professionals from diverse organisations in an environment of ambiguity and uncertainty. This challenges them to step out of their comfort zone and build self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Breaking free from traditional corporate training, the program uses team-based and experiential peer to peer learning framework.
